4. Fitness Assessments
FitOnTrack may ask questions relating to your:
- Age
- Height and weight
- Fitness experience
- Goals
- Training availability
- Equipment
- Preferences
- Physical limitations
- Injuries
- Medical conditions or relevant health circumstances
This information may be used to help identify programs that appear appropriate based on predefined criteria.
An assessment performed through FitOnTrack is not a medical examination or diagnosis.
Passing a FitOnTrack assessment does not guarantee that exercise is medically safe for you.
5. Program Recommendations
FitOnTrack may recommend programs based on information available in your account and assessment.
Recommendations may be generated automatically using predetermined rules relating to factors such as:
- Goal
- Experience
- Schedule
- Available equipment
- Training preference
- Program prerequisites
- Relevant limitations disclosed by you
A recommendation does not guarantee that a program is appropriate for every individual circumstance.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to participate and for seeking professional medical advice where appropriate.
6. Fitness Programs
FitOnTrack programs are structured digital fitness products.
Programs may specify:
- Duration
- Training frequency
- Experience level
- Exercises
- Sets and repetitions
- Rest periods
- Workout duration
- Progression rules
- Program prerequisites
- Completion requirements
Programs may be updated or improved from time to time.
FitOnTrack may modify exercise selections, instructions or supporting information where reasonably necessary to improve safety, accuracy or program quality.
7. Exercise Substitutions and Modified Workouts
Some programs may provide alternative exercises, shorter workout options, rescheduling options or other modifications.
These options are provided for convenience and do not constitute individual medical or rehabilitation advice.
You should not perform an exercise that causes unusual or significant pain simply because it appears within your program.
8. Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition information provided through FitOnTrack is intended for general fitness and educational purposes.
It is not intended to:
- Diagnose nutritional deficiencies
- Treat disease
- Manage medical conditions
- Replace advice from a registered dietitian, doctor or qualified healthcare professional
Calorie requirements, BMR, TDEE and similar calculations are estimates based on mathematical formulas and information supplied by you.
Actual energy requirements can differ between individuals.
FitOnTrack does not guarantee that following an estimated calorie or nutrition target will result in a particular change in body weight or composition.
9. Supplement Information
FitOnTrack may provide general information regarding commonly used fitness or nutritional supplements.
Such information does not constitute medical advice or a prescription.
Individual suitability may depend on factors including:
- Medical conditions
- Allergies
- Medication
- Pregnancy
- Age
- Dosage
- Interactions with other products
You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before taking a new supplement where necessary.
FitOnTrack does not guarantee the safety, effectiveness, purity or quality of independently manufactured supplement products.
10. Results Are Not Guaranteed
Fitness results vary considerably between individuals.
Results can be influenced by factors including:
- Consistency
- Training effort
- Nutrition
- Recovery
- Sleep
- Stress
- Genetics
- Starting fitness level
- Medical conditions
- Lifestyle
- Program adherence
FitOnTrack does not guarantee:
- Weight loss
- Muscle gain
- Strength gains
- Changes in body composition
- Athletic performance
- Specific measurements
- Specific results within a particular period
Testimonials, examples, illustrations or expected outcomes should not be interpreted as guarantees of your individual results.
11. User Accounts
Certain FitOnTrack services require an account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- Keeping your email address current
- Preventing unauthorised access to your account
- Informing us if you believe your account has been compromised
Accounts are intended for individual use.
You may not share purchased program access with another person unless FitOnTrack expressly permits it.
12. Digital Products and Purchases
FitOnTrack primarily provides digital products and services.
When purchasing a program, you agree to pay the price displayed during checkout, including any applicable taxes or charges disclosed before payment.
Prices may:
- Vary between programs
- Change over time
- Include promotional discounts
- Be displayed in different currencies where supported
A price change will not normally affect an already completed purchase.
13. Digital Delivery
No physical product is shipped when purchasing a FitOnTrack digital fitness program.
Following successful payment confirmation, your program will normally become available through your FitOnTrack account.
Further details are provided in our Delivery Information page.
14. Program Access
Purchasing a program provides you with a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use that program through FitOnTrack according to these Terms.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the program or its intellectual property to you.
Unless otherwise stated, you may not:
- Resell a program
- Share your account access
- Redistribute workout plans
- Reproduce substantial portions of a program
- Upload program content elsewhere
- Sell modified versions
- Use program content to create competing commercial products
15. Program Levels and Progression
Some FitOnTrack program categories may contain multiple progression levels.
For example:
Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 → Level 4
Where prerequisites apply, access to a higher level may require successful completion of an earlier level.
A user may therefore be prevented from purchasing or activating an advanced program before completing its prerequisite.
Program progression rules may differ by program category.
Completing one program does not automatically provide free access to subsequent paid programs unless expressly stated.
16. Program Completion
A program may require certain workouts, activities or milestones to be completed before FitOnTrack records it as successfully completed.
Completion criteria may vary between programs.
FitOnTrack may use recorded workout activity to determine whether completion requirements have been satisfied.
17. Completion Certificates
Certain programs may provide a digital certificate after completion.
A FitOnTrack completion certificate confirms that the account holder has satisfied the applicable FitOnTrack program-completion requirements.
It is not:
- An academic qualification
- A government-recognised qualification
- A professional fitness licence
- A personal trainer certification
- A medical qualification
- Evidence that the holder is qualified to instruct others
FitOnTrack may provide public certificate-verification functionality where available.
18. Missed and Rescheduled Workouts
Certain programs may allow missed workouts to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling functionality is intended to help users maintain program structure and does not guarantee that all programs can be modified indefinitely.
FitOnTrack may impose reasonable limits to preserve the intended progression of a program.
19. Refunds and Digital Content
Because FitOnTrack programs are digital products that may become accessible immediately following payment, refund eligibility may be limited once program access has been provided.
A refund will not normally be provided solely because:
- You changed your mind after accessing the program
- You did not complete the program
- You did not follow the program
- You expected different personal fitness results
- You purchased a program despite information clearly describing its level or requirements
However, nothing in these Terms removes any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
If:
- You were charged incorrectly
- You paid but did not receive access
- Duplicate payment occurred
- A purchased digital product is materially unavailable
please contact FitOnTrack support so the issue can be reviewed.
We should create a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy before launch with the exact commercial rules.

FitOnTrack may occasionally offer:

FitOnTrack may also provide links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for independently operated third-party services, products or websites beyond responsibilities imposed by applicable law.

FitOnTrack may modify, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Where an important paid feature is materially affected, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

Despite reasonable efforts, FitOnTrack may occasionally contain:
- Technical errors
- Typographical errors
- Incorrect links
- Display issues
- Calculation errors
- Temporary program-access problems
We may correct such errors when identified.
If you believe information affecting your program is incorrect, please contact us rather than relying on information that appears obviously erroneous.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitOnTrack is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- Failure to follow exercise instructions
- Exercise performed despite medical advice to avoid it
- Failure to disclose relevant limitations
- Improper exercise technique
- Use of unsuitable equipment
- Independent supplement use
- Reliance on FitOnTrack as medical advice
- Unauthorised account use caused by failure to secure login credentials
- Third-party services outside FitOnTrack's reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
28. Assumption of Exercise Risk
By choosing to participate in physical exercise, you acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks.
You are responsible for:
- Exercising within your abilities
- Using appropriate equipment
- Maintaining a reasonably safe exercise environment
- Following appropriate technique
- Stopping when you experience concerning symptoms
- Seeking professional assistance where appropriate
You should not attempt an exercise merely because it appears in FitOnTrack if you reasonably believe it may be unsafe for your circumstances.
29. Suspension and Termination
FitOnTrack may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- Fraud
- Payment abuse
- Serious security concerns
- Unauthorised redistribution
- Repeated violations of these Terms
- Illegal activity
- Attempts to compromise FitOnTrack systems
Where reasonably possible, proportionate action will be taken based on the circumstances.
You may also request account deletion subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
30. Privacy
Your use of FitOnTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because certain FitOnTrack features may process fitness and health-related information, you should review the Privacy Policy before completing your assessment.
31. Changes to These Terms
FitOnTrack may update these Terms as:
- The platform evolves
- Programs change
- New functionality is introduced
- Business practices change
- Legal requirements change
The latest version will be published on the FitOnTrack website with an updated effective date.
Material changes affecting existing users may be communicated where reasonably appropriate.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
33. No Waiver
Failure by FitOnTrack to immediately enforce a provision of these Terms does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
34. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating FitOnTrack and any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to the user.
Before public launch, this section should be updated with the exact legal business name, registered jurisdiction and dispute venue.
