The workout

Work for 40 seconds, then use 20 seconds to change position and prepare for the next exercise.

Squat to chair

40 sec

Sit your hips back toward a chair, keep your chest tall and stand by pushing through your feet.

EasierUse the chair for every repetition and lightly use your hands if needed.
Progress itHover above the chair or remove it and use a comfortable bodyweight squat.

Incline push-up

40 sec

Place your hands on a wall or stable counter, keep your body in one line and lower with control.

EasierUse a wall and stand more upright.
Progress itUse a lower stable surface while keeping good body position.

Glute bridge

40 sec

Lie on your back with feet planted, lift your hips by squeezing your glutes, then lower under control.

EasierUse a smaller comfortable range of motion.
Progress itPause for two seconds at the top of each repetition.

Standing knee drive

40 sec

Stand tall and alternate lifting one knee at a time while moving your arms naturally.

EasierMarch slowly and use a wall or chair for balance if needed.
Progress itIncrease the pace while keeping the movement controlled.
Repeat onceAfter exercise 4, repeat the four exercises once more. Keep the same 40-second work and 20-second changeover rhythm.
Make it usable

Keep the session simple enough to start.
